This notice currently covers our public website, enquiries and waitlist. Lonura is still in development and this website does not currently collect clinical information or provide medical care. We will provide additional privacy information before collecting health information or delivering regulated services.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, optional last name, email address and, if you choose to provide it, what interests you most about Lonura. We also record when you joined, the versions of the Waitlist Terms and Privacy Notice you acknowledged, and your optional marketing choice.

When you contact us, we collect the information in your message and the contact details needed to respond. Our website and service providers may also process limited technical and security information, such as IP address, browser information and server logs.

Please do not send health information through the waitlist form. If you include health or other sensitive information in an enquiry or complaint, we will handle it only as necessary to respond, protect people, meet our legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims, as applicable.

• To manage the waitlist and send essential waitlist or launch communications. We rely on our legitimate interests in developing and communicating about Lonura and, where applicable, taking steps you request before entering into a contract.
• To send optional product news or research invitations when you have opted in. We rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• To answer enquiries and complaints, keep appropriate records, protect our systems and comply with legal or regulatory duties. We rely on legitimate interests and legal obligations, as applicable.

We use carefully selected suppliers to host the website and database, deliver email, maintain security and support our technology. At present these include Lovable, Supabase and Resend. They may process information only for the services they provide to us and under appropriate contractual controls. We may also share information with professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement or safeguarding bodies where necessary or required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some suppliers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards, and apply appropriate security measures. Contact us if you would like more information about the safeguards relevant to your information.

We keep waitlist information while the waitlist is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to manage launch communications, resolve queries and meet legal, regulatory and security requirements. We then securely delete or anonymise it. We keep complaint records for at least 10 years after closure, or longer where required for clinical records, safeguarding, litigation, insurance or regulatory reasons.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access a copy of your information; correct it; ask us to delete or restrict it; object to processing, including direct marketing; and receive certain information in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

The right to object to direct marketing is absolute. To unsubscribe from optional marketing or make a rights request, email admin@lonura.co.uk. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

We do not use the information collected through this website to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
