Privacy Notice

When you join the waitlist we collect your first name, optionally your last name, your email address and, if you choose to share it, what interests you most about Lonura. We also record the date and time you joined, the versions of the Waitlist Terms and Privacy Notice you acknowledged, and whether you opted in to optional marketing.

We do not ask for health concerns, symptoms, diagnoses, medication or any other medical information on this website.

We use your details to manage the waitlist, to send essential updates about the waitlist and our launch, and — only if you opted in — to send occasional news, product updates and research invitations.

Waitlist entries are stored in a secure, access-controlled database. Only Lonura staff who need access for the purposes above can read them.

You can unsubscribe from optional marketing at any time, and you can ask us to remove your waitlist entry entirely by emailing privacy@lonura.com.

We keep waitlist details until the service launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them.
